    Correction - Additional Listing


    Further to the announcement of 09 May 2008 (RNS: 1291U), Phosphagenics Limited ("Phosphagenics") (ASX: POH, AIM: PSG, OTCQX: PPGNY)
advises that the correct number of new ordinary fully paid shares issued and allotted in connection with the recent fundraising was
60,101,500  ("New Shares") instead of the 60,601,500 shares previously advised.

    It is expected that a correction to the amount trading in the New Shares on AIM will occur on or around 21 May 2008.

    Phosphagenics confirms that, as at 20 May 2008 its issued share capital comprises of 663,542,406 ordinary shares of no par value.
