            Sale of Global Risk Management Services Limited ("GRMS")

Park Row, the leading national financial advice firm, is pleased to announce the
sale of GRMS to Fimalac, the French based business support services group, for
an undisclosed amount.

Rick Abbott, Chief Executive of Park Row commented:

"Park Row is already one of the UK's leading national IFA and mortgage
intermediary businesses. We are pursuing an active disposal programme of our
non-core assets and the proceeds of these sales will be reinvested in the core
financial advisory business to enhance our market position even further. As part
of this process, the sale of GRMS will enable Park Row to continue to grow
rapidly in its chosen markets."
