                  ScreenFX enters transport sector advertising

                      Agreement signed with Central Trains

ScreenFX plc, a leading provider of advanced digital advertising and
communication systems, today announces that it has signed a six year concession
agreement with Central Trains Ltd to exploit the audio visual advertising on
their fleet of commuter trains. This is a key milestone in ScreenFX's
development as it provides entry into the fast-growing transport advertising
sector. To date, ScreenFX has provided out of home advertising in premier
shopping malls.

Central Trains, part of the National Express Group, operates the rail franchise
for the Birmingham area with over the 35 million passenger journeys a year.
ScreenFX will deliver a passenger entertainment system featuring news, weather,
sport and entertainment provided by one of the UK's leading TV companies. In
addition, it will provide enhanced passenger information systems for the benefit
of commuters and train operators.

The transport sector is one of the most valuable mediums for the advertising
market. IPSOS* independent research has shown that on-board train television
advertising has strong potential, primarily as commuter trains provide a
valuable captive audience with an average journey time of 30-60 minutes
travelling. 69% of passengers are classified in the ABC1 and 80% of those
researched were positive about train TV systems and reported good levels of
advertisement recognition.

Dave Clark, Chief Executive Officer of Screen FX, said:

"We are delighted to have signed this agreement with Central Trains. Transport
advertising is one of the fastest growing areas and we are keen to provide a
great service for our clients. It is an exciting development for ScreenFX as it
introduces a new market opportunity, where we can use our experience as one of
the leading providers of digital advertising in the UK."
