Director Bed & ISA Dealings
Solid State plc (AIM: SOLI), the AIM listed manufacturer of
computing, power and communications products, and value added
distributor of electronic components , announces that it has been
informed of the following dealings in ordinary shares of 5p each in
the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Gary Marsh, Chief
Executive of the Company:
On 24 March 2020, Mr Marsh sold 5,700 Ordinary Shares at a price
of 305 pence per share and purchased 5,700 Ordinary Shares into an
ISA account held by him at a price of 305 pence per share.
On 30 March 2020, Mr Marsh sold 860 Ordinary Shares at a price
of 360 pence per share and purchased 860 Ordinary Shares into an
ISA account held by him at a price of 360 pence per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Marsh's beneficial shareholding
remains unchanged at 280,849 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.29% of
the Company's voting share capital.
