Stellar Diamonds plc, the London listed (AIM: STEL) diamond development company focused on West Africa, announces that further to the announcement of its results for the year ended 30 June 2016 which it made on 22 December 2016, the financial statements for the same period have now been posted to Shareholders (other than those who have elected to receive shareholder information via electronic communication). An electronic version of the Financial Statements is available at the Company's website, www.stellar-diamonds.com.

The Company intends to hold its Annual General Meeting during H1 2017 and will send a notice of general meeting in due course.
