The Company announces that it has received
notification that Non-Executive Director John Waters purchased
2,023 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares")
at £9.6375 per share on 20 March 2024. As a result, Mr Waters
has a total beneficial interest in 2,023 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.001% of the Company's issued share
capital.
