Resignation of Director
Versarien plc (AIM:VRS) ("Versarien" or the "Company" or the
"Group"), announces that Ian Balchin has informed the Board of his
intention to resign as a director and Non-executive Chairman of the
Company, effective from 29 June 2017, in order to be able to devote
more time to his other business interests.
The Board of the Company is considering its appropriate
composition going forward and is looking to appoint a further
director in a non-executive capacity in due course.
Neill Ricketts, CEO of Versarien, commented: "We are grateful to

which time the Company has grown from a single product, pre-revenue
Company, with a few employees, to a Group employing almost 100
