today. Mr. Lammers brings a wealth of experience in AgTech,

Mr. Lammers joins TerraClear from Farmers Business Network, Inc.
(FBN), where he spent seven years building and leading various
technology-forward business lines. His notable accomplishments
include founding and serving as President of both FBN Financial and
Gradable. He also served as the CRO/COO and Interim CEO at FBN,
overseeing the entire company's operations and serving its 50,000+
members and 17,000+ farmer customers.
Prior to FBN, Mr. Lammers was a Principal at Parthenon-EY, where
he led numerous projects in the technology and industrials
practice. He also has experience building early-stage companies and
hails from a multi-generational farming and ranching family in
South Dakota. Mr. Lammers holds a
B.A. from Dartmouth College and an MBA
from the MIT Sloan School of Business. He is based in Boulder, CO.
