Extension of Reporting Deadline

The Board of Eight Capital announces that , due to resource constraints on the part of the Company's auditors as a result of COVID-19, the Company has been granted an extension of one month to 31 July 2020 for the publication of its annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 in accordance with guidance provided by the Aquis Stock Exchange on 31 March 2020.

The Company will publish these results as soon as possible.
