Board Changes

The offer by Choice Publishers Limited for the whole of the issued share capital
of the Company was declared unconditional in all respects on 6 June 2003

Since the above mentioned declaration, Felix Dennis and Ian Geoffrey Harvey
Leggett have been appointed directors of the Company and Christopher Akers,
James Brown and Rodger Sargent have resigned as directors of the Company.

The Company's shares will cease to trade on the Alternative Investment Market on
14 July 2003.
