Casino Appoints David Lubek as Chief Financial Officer

Casino Guichard-Perrachon SA (CO.FR) said Tuesday that it has
appointed David Lubek as chief financial officer and as a member of
the executive committee.
He replaces Antoine Giscard d'Estaing, who is leaving the
company after 10 years to pursue other projects, Casino said.
Mr. Lubek joined the company in 2013 and was previously the
deputy CFO, Casino said.
