American Bancorp of New Jersey, Inc. files this Amendment No. 1 to its Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2008 to correct the exhibit number of Exhibit 10.6 and to file the correct Exhibits 10.7 and 10.9. No other changes have been made to the Form 10-Q filed on August 11, 2008.
