strategic alliance with Destiny Productions, LLC and Content
Marketing Solutions, Inc. for strategic marketing, content
development, distribution, and sale of HealthSport's unique and
proprietary edible film-strip technology and products. Destiny
Productions and Content Marketing Solutions are owned by David
Krieff and Tim Tennant, respectively, and will provide HealthSport
with high-level expertise in the direct marketing, distribution and
