Stock Dividend
On March 24, 2020,
Healthcare Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a dividend of $0.4609375
per share payable on April 15, 2020 to holders of record of shares of the Company’s 7.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable
Perpetual Preferred Stock at the close of business on April 3, 2020.
A copy of the
press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1, and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01. This press release shall
