United Financial Corp. Declares Quarterly Dividend GREAT FALLS, Mont., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United Financial Corp. ("United") (NASDAQ:UBMT) today reported that the Board of Directors increased the quarterly dividend by $.01 per share to $.28 per share, payable March 1, 2005, to shareholders of record on February 15, 2005.
