March 13 2018 - 7:00AM
ABM (NYSE:ABM), a leading provider of facility solutions, was
selected by Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK, to provide
event-based maintenance for the university’s 11 sports facilities.
These venues include the university’s nearly 57,000 seat T. Boone
Pickens football stadium and Gallagher-Iba Arena, the oldest
basketball arena in the Big 12, and home to more national
championships than any other facility in America.
“We’re excited to partner with Oklahoma State University, and
understand that we are being entrusted with a great
responsibility,” said Art Rodriguez, Vice President, Business &
Industry and head of Sports & Entertainment at ABM. “Oklahoma
State’s athletic facilities are not only an important facet of
student life, but also, in many ways, the public face of the
university. We are honored to support their maintenance and help
the university ensure that those who use them enjoy coming back,
time and time again.”
“I’ve always been impressed by the high level of professionalism
and expertise ABM has to offer. I believe these qualities will
serve as the foundation of a strong partnership, and enhance the
experience of those who work at, play in, and visit our athletic
facilities,” says Kyle Waters, Senior Director of Facilities at
Oklahoma State University.
The agreement expands ABM’s portfolio in collegiate sports.
