On February 16, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.80 per share. The dividend is payable on JApril 5, 2024 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Broadridge Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.80 Per Share
NEW YORK, February 16, 2024 -- Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.80 per share. The dividend is payable April 5, 2024 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2024.
