Mr. Johnson is the Executive Chairman and former President and CEO

Clarcor into one of the world’s leading filtration companies,
especially in the oil and gas markets. His industry knowledge will
be a valuable asset as we continue to execute our growth strategy.
I also would like to personally thank Tom Naugle for his nearly 10
years of dedicated service to the Board.”
Mr. Johnson has held multiple executive leadership positions
