ADM Directors Vote Cash Dividend DECATUR, Ill., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Archer Daniels Midland Company today declared a cash dividend of six cents a share on the Company's stock payable December 11, 2003 to shareholders of record November 18, 2003.
