                            Director Shareholding


The Company was notified today by Graeme Hart, Non Executive Chairman, that
yesterday he purchased 90,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares")
at a price of #1.87 per Ordinary Share.

Following this acquisition, the beneficial interest of Mr Hart in the Company's
issued ordinary share capital has risen to 502,554 Ordinary Shares representing
1.31% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
