FORD MOTOR COMPANY 
BEARER DEPOSITARY RECEIPTS

On 11 December 2003, the Ford Motor Company (U.S.) declared a DIVIDEND of $0.10
(gross) per share on the common stock of the Company, and there will accordingly
become due in respect of the Bearer Depositary Receipts a gross distribution of
US$0.0050 per unit (less U.S. Withholding Tax). The Depositary, National
Westminster Bank Plc, will by public advertisement, give notice of the sterling
equivalent of the distribution per unit payable on or after 15 March 2004 to
holders of record 30 January 2004.
