New England Realty Associates (NEN) Declares Dividend ALLSTON, Mass., Dec. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On December 31, 2003, New England Realty Associates Limited Partnership will make a distribution to its Class A Limited Partners and holders of Depositary Receipts. Class A Limited Partners and holders of Depositary Receipts of record as of December 16, 2003, will be entitled to a quarterly distribution in the amount of $6.60 per Class A Partnership Unit, or $.66 per Depositary Receipt.
