Erie County is also expanding its SAP footprint with the selection of mySAP(TM) Customer Relationship Management (mySAP CRM) and SAP(R) Enterprise Portal solutions to manage first responder resources, unify call centers and streamline case management for human services. Additionally, Erie County plans to use SAP solutions to automate plant management functions for multiple county departments.
