The Board of Singer & Friedlander AIM VCT PLC wish to announce that Mr Roger
Pedder the Chairman of the Company, has today announced his intention to resign
from his position as Chairman and as a Non-Executive Director of the Company
with effect from 31st March 2003.

The Board would like to thank Mr Pedder for his valuable contribution to the
Company over the past four years.

The Board would also like to announce that Mr John Carrington a current Non
Executive Director of the Company has agreed to be appointed as Chairman of the
Company with effect from 31st March 2003.
