Director's Shareholding

Correction

On 11th June 2003 Tarsus Group plc announced that Clive Smith, one of its
non-executive directors, had sold 556,268 shares at a price of 42.5p per share.

The Company has subsequently received advice from its solicitors that the
correct legal analysis of this transaction is that the beneficial interest in
these shares passed on or about 3rd April 2003 at a price of 22p per share.
Accordingly the Company would like to correct the original statement.
