Capstone Receives Approval from the Supreme Court of British Columbia for Business Combination with Mantos Copper

Capstone Mining Corp. (“Capstone” or the “Company”) (TSX:CS) is
pleased to announce that the Supreme Court of British Columbia has
approved Capstone and Mantos Copper Bermuda Limited (“Mantos”) to
proceed with their previously announced business combination by way
of a plan of arrangement (the “Transaction”).
The Transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and
regulatory approvals and is expected to close in March or April
2022.
