GKX Gemini Corp. (delisted)

Gemini Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GKX) is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr. Doug Lautermilch as President and CEO.


Mr. Lautermilch is a professional engineer with an MBA and thirty years of
increasing responsibility in a number of organizations within the energy
industry. He has held a variety of executive management positions over the past
10 years giving him the experience necessary to successfully lead an
entrepreneurial organization such as Gemini. His most recent position was as
President and CEO of a mid-size oil sands service provider. Prior to that, he
participated at the executive level in the growth of two multi-billion dollar
organizations involved in oil and gas services and power generation. His
knowledge of the service industry from both an engineering and field service
perspective aligns well with our organization and will be of significant benefit
as Gemini seeks to execute its strategic growth plans.


Mr. Carl Johnson, Gemini's founder and CEO for the past 27 years, will be
assuming the position of Executive Chairman to assist in the organization's
leadership transition. His background and experience in the industry will
provide support to Mr. Lautermilch and the senior management team as they
continue to expand the capabilities of the Corporation.
