BURNABY, BC, May 29, 2012 /CNW/ - OSI Geospatial Inc. today announced its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2012 ended February 29, 2012, reported in Canadian dollars and in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standard ("IFRS"). For the three months ended February 29, 2012, OSI reported consolidated revenue of $2.8 million compared to $2.7 million reported in the three months ended February 28, 2011. The Company reported a net loss of $191,000 for the three months ended February 29, 2012 compared with a net loss of $1.3 million for the three months ended February 28, 2011.
