Radiant Energy Corporation, (TSX VENTURE:RDT) ("Radiant" or the "Company"), the
developer and marketer of Radiant Deicing Systems, announced that Larrie
Shepherd, the Company's President and CEO has retired from the Company due to
health reasons and has resigned from the Board of Directors. David Williams,
Chairman of the Board, will assume the role of President of the Company,
effective immediately. 


"Larrie has been instrumental in the successful restructuring of Radiant during
his two years with the Company," noted David Williams. "Through his efforts,
significant inroads have been made in re-introducing the Company to the airport
and airline industry, setting a solid footing for future growth and opportunity.
