VAX Vantex Resources Ltd

Vantex Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:VAX)(FRANKFURT:UD7A)(ALP:VAX) announces that
it has repriced the 400,000 stock options previously awarded to officers and
directors on September 23, 2013. The new exercise price will be at 0.08 $
instead of the original price of 0.05 $. 


This modification is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture exchange.

Neither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term
is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility
