Centogene N.V. (the “Company”)
previously announced that the Service Agreement between the Company and Jose Miguel Coego Rios, the Company’s former Chief Financial
Officer, would expire by its terms on September 30, 2024. On October 7, 2024, the Company and Mr. Rios entered into a Consultancy Agreement,
which was deemed effective as of October 1, 2024, pursuant to which Mr. Rios will provide business consulting services to the Company
in accordance with the terms of the Consultancy Agreement until no later than December 31, 2024.
