Laser Energetics Announces Michael Volpe Has Joined the Corporation as a Senior Advisor

Laser Energetics, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: LNGT) today reported that
Michael Volpe has joined the Company as a Senior Advisor as part of
the Company's investor relations program. Mr. Volpe comes to Laser
Energetics with 25 years of Wall Street experience as a senior
level branch manager from Josepthal & Co. and Oppenheimer &
Co. Volpe will be part of a coordinated effort, together with Ray
Dirks and Michael Little, to expand the Company's shareholder base
and to elicit investor interest in the Company.

Michael Volpe spent over 18 years with Josepthal & Co. and
Oppenheimer & Co. where he served as a Producing Branch

worth retail clientele as well as institutional customers. Mr.
Volpe was routinely involved with all aspects of his firm's capital
markets, including investment banking, IPO's, and equity sales and
trading. Volpe graduated from Rutgers University in May 1988 with a
BS in Economics and enjoyed a 4 year scholarship as an NCAA
Football player "Quarterback" for the Rutgers University Scarlet
Knights.
