Littlefield Corporation (OTCQB: LTFD) today announced the election of James Recks as its new President and CEO. Mr. Recks replaces Jeff Minch who remains as a board member.

Mr. Recks, age 43, is currently the Senior Vice President and CFO of AMC Financial Holdings, Inc., a Texas-based financial holding company. He has an accounting degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He serves on the boards of a variety of civic and other organizations.

While serving as a senior officer of AMC, Mr. Recks has additionally served as the CEO of several of its subsidiaries and related companies which span a variety of business segments including health care, manufacturing, vending and distribution. He also has experience in the bingo business as an officer in charge of several bingo halls before their divestiture. With management experience involving the employment of several hundred employees, the Company is looking forward to his leadership in working with Company officials and other employees to develop the Company’s potential as an industry leader.
