Tiffany & Co. (TIF) said former Bulgari SpA Chief Executive
Francesco Trapani resigned from Tiffany's board, effective Nov.
26.
Mr. Trapani's resignation wasn't a result of a disagreement with
Tiffany, the company said.
Mr. Trapani became a Tiffany director in March 2017. He served
as Bulgari's chief executive from 1984 to 2012 and became chairman
and chief executive of watches and jewelry division of LVMH Moet
Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE, which acquired Bulgari.
Mr. Trapani became the executive deputy chairman and partner of
the asset-management firm Tages Holding SpA in 2016.
