SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA , and its wholly owned subsidiary Drug Consultants, Inc., a provider of healthcare staffing services, announces the appointment of Edwina Chong as Executive Vice President and Quang X. Pham as a member of the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Drug Consultants, Inc., Edwina Chong built one of the largest local nursing recruitment and staffing firms in the country. From 2001 to 2007, she was Area Manager with Supplemental Health Care where she grew annualized revenues in excess of $21 million. At one time she operated in 15 various disciplines, facilitated the hiring, training and proper leadership of a successful team of dedicated managers, recruiters and staffers. Ms. Chong focused her efforts on helping the California Department of Correction and Rehabilitation with nursing and other healthcare staffing needs.
