STOCKHOLM--Swedbank said Monday that it has appointed Sandra Almstrom as acting head of anti-financial crime and is therefore a new member of Swedbank's group executive committee.

Almstrom is currently head of operational risk for Swedish banking.

Anders Ekedahl, who has been head of anti-financial crime since 2019, has decided to retire next year.
