WENR Corp. (PINKSHEETS: WNRC) is pleased to announce it has acquired Satview Broadband Ltd. of Reno, Nevada. Satview has subscribers in Nevada and Utah. It is a provider of cable television and Internet broadband. Satview will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary. WENR purchased Satview for 5,000,000 shares of common stock and assumption of debt.

Satview has revenues of approximately $500,000 per year and has over $500,000 in assets. It has been in operations for nine years and is headquartered in Reno, Nevada. Current management will remain with the company and operations will continue in Reno. The company has modest debt and operates with a positive cash flow. Satview is in negotiations to acquire additional cable systems targeting Nevada and Utah.
