               New Acting Chief Executive at Dublin Airport Authority


Further to previous RNS announcements, with effect from today, 1 October 2004,
the Guarantor is re-named Dublin Airport Authority plc.

The Board of the Dublin Airport Authority plc (the Guarantor) has appointed
Oliver Cussen as acting Chief Executive of the company until a new permanent
Chief Executive is appointed. The appointment of Mr Cussen, who is the current
Director - Corporate Affairs and Company Secretary at the Dublin Airport
Authority, takes place with immediate effect. It is the Board's intention to
launch the public process immediately to find a new Chief Executive
