bpha announces appointment of new CEO

bpha is delighted to announce the appointment of Richard Hill as its next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Richard's passion for housing has seen him hold leadership roles in the sector for nearly 20 years. He will join bpha from One Housing, where he has been CEO for over five years.

Paul Leinster, bpha Chair, said: "We are very pleased to welcome Richard to bpha. He brings extensive knowledge of the sector and is ideally placed to build on the excellent nine-year tenure of our retiring CEO, Kevin Bolt, in leading a successful organisation that is proud to be driven by its social purpose."

Kevin Bolt said: "I am very pleased to be handing over to Richard and am sure that bpha will go from strength to strength under his leadership."

bpha will welcome Richard in May 2023 following Kevin Bolt's retirement.
