Elenia Finance Oyj EUR3,000,000,000 Multicurrency Programme for the Issuance of Bonds, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Elenia Oy, Elenia Palvelut Oy, Elenia Holdings S.à r.l., Elenia Finance (SPPS) S.à r.l. and Lakeside Network Investments Holding B.V.

Standard & Poor's ("S&P") has upgraded the senior secured debt rating of Elenia Finance Oyj by one notch to BBB+ with stable outlook effective as of 25 November 2019.

S&P had revised the outlook from stable to positive previously on 10 July 2019.
