Sale of Retained Bonds

Affordable Housing Finance Plc announces that it has sold GBP6,500,000 in principal amount of its Bonds.

In accordance with the provisions of the trust deed dated 30 May 2014 (as amended and supplemented) which constitutes and secures the Bonds (the "Trust Deed") the Bonds that have been sold were Retained Bonds as detailed in the Offering Circular dated 1 June 2016.

Following the sale, Bonds with an aggregate principal amount of GBP723,900,000 remain in issue (GBP532,500,000 under XS1273543162 and GBP191,400,000 under temporary ISIN XS1466275796) and of this amount GBP28,000,000 in principal amount are Retained Bonds (GBP10,000,000 under XS1273543162 and GBP18,000,000 under temporary ISIN XS1466275796) held by or for the account of Affordable Housing Finance Plc. Bonds under the temporary ISIN XS1466275796 will funge on or around 13 September 2016.
