Westpac Securities NZ Limited has updated its US$ 10,000,000,000 programme for the issuance of debt instruments unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Westpac New Zealand Limited (the " Programme ").

The base prospectus in relation to the Programme is dated 2 December 2021 (the " Prospectus ") and has been approved by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.
