Acquisition of Shares by Alpha Airports Group Employee Benefit Trust


On 2 October 2006, Alpha Airports Group Plc ("the Company") was informed that
The Alpha Airports Group Employee Benefit Trust ("the Trust") acquired by
acquisition in the market on 2 October 2006, at a price of 76p per share, a
total of 914,600 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company.
After this acquisition, the Trust held a total of 1,510,827 ordinary shares in
Alpha Airports Group Plc. As potential beneficiaries under the Trust, David King
and Peter Williams, being executive directors of the Company, are treated as
being interested in such shares.
