              Active Imaging PLC ("the Company")
                               
The Company was informed today that 753,938 ordinary shares of
1p  each  ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company's  recent  rights
issue that were to be allotted to Coinshire Limited, a company
of  which M Brooke is a director, are instead to be registered
in the name of M Brooke.

M  Brooke,  together with his immediate family, owns  100  per
cent.  of  Coinshire Limited and he is beneficially interested
in  4,312,988 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.5 per cent.  of
the Company's issued share capital.
