At the Annual General Meeting (the “AGM”) of the Company held on
Friday, 15 September 2017, Ordinary
Resolutions 1 to 7 and Special Resolutions 1 to 4 as set out in the
AGM Notice dated 16 August 2017 (the
“Notice”) and sent to shareholders of the Company on
22 August 2017 were duly
passed.
