Company Board Changes 
The Company announces that David Mathewson has resigned as non executive 
Chairman effective 6th November 2009. He is stepping down to pursue his other 
opportunities. 
 
 
The Company has appointed Carl Burger, currently Executive Vice President, to 
the Board as director also effective 6th November 2009. 
 
 
Michael Treanor, CEO, said:

support and contribution to the Company. I welcome Carl's Board participation as 
he has driven the development and operational processes forward over the last
