GMAC LLC (GMAC); GMAC International Finance B.V; GMAC Australia LLC; General
Motors Acceptance Corporation of Canada, Limited; and General Motors Acceptance
Corporation (N.Z.) Limited have published a prospectus supplement dated December
7, 2006 to the base prospectus dated September 29, 2006 in respect of their
US$50,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
