CHANGE
Ascential plc ("Ascential")
announces that Louise Meads, Group Company Secretary since February
2017, is to step down and be succeeded with effect from 1 February
2024 by Naomi Howden, who is currently Deputy Company Secretary.
The board would like to thank Louise for her excellent service and
contribution through a period of significant change in the business
and wish her well for the future.
