The directors have considered the Company's reporting requirements in relation
to the listing of the Shares. The directors have formed the view that the
benefits to the Company and its shareholders of maintaining the listing on the
Main Market of the London Stock exchange are significantly outweighed by the
cost to the Company of meeting the continuing obligations that accompany such
listing and that accordingly it is no longer in the interests of the Company to
continue the listing of the Shares on the Main Market.


It is therefore intended that the listing of the Shares be transferred to the
Professional Securities Market with effect from 12 March 2008.
