The directors have considered the Company's reporting requirements in relation
to the listing of the Stock.  The directors have formed the view that it is no
longer in the best commercial interests of the Company to maintain the listing
of the Stock on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

It is therefore intended that the listing of the Stock be transferred to the
Professional Securities Market with effect from 12 March 2008.
